What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our handmade products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any problem with your order, please feel free to email us at 135candleco@gmail.com.

What should I do if my order arrive damaged/is lost?

We’re so sorry that happened! We inspect and package our product with care, so in the event that your order arrive broken or damaged, please email us at 135candleco@gmail.com with a picture of your candle and order number within two (2) days of receiving.

Lost packages will need to be filed with the shipping carrier since we have no control over what happens once the order has been shipped.

Do you offer bulk discount for an event?

Yes! A minimum purchase of 36 pieces of ONE scent is required. Please email us at 135candleco@gmail.com for information on bulk order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
